Senior Pastor Search Team

Congregational Vote
During both worship services on November 11th, 2012, CCC members voted 11 nominees to serve on the Senior Pastor Search Team (SPST). Voting occured after the sermon in each service. Members were required to be present to vote and ballots will be distributed and collected by Deacons at the end of the service. You can find details on the vote & vote counting process here.

Listed below are the members that the congregation serving on the Senior Pastor Search Team.

	April Weber April Weber has been a member of Christ Community Church for 24 years where she has served as an Elementary Coordinator and has been involved with Mom's Heart. She has a special place in her heart for children, racial/economic diversity, and marriage.
	Cindy Blom Cindy Blom has been a member of Christ Community Church for 19 years where she has served on staff with Care, Serve, and the Counseling Center and has been involved with small groups and women's ministry. She has a special place in her heart for the Counseling Center and Recovery, Story, and Grief Groups.
	Dan Lynch Dan Lynch has been a member of Christ Community Church for 10 years where he has served as an elder and on the finance committee and has been involved with student minstry and CLC. He has a special place in his heart for student ministry and men's ministry.
	David Fleet David Fleet has been a member of Christ Community Church for 19 years where he has served in Children's ministry and Boy Scouts. He has a special place in his heart for the Children's ministry and worship.
	Elliott Wood Elliott Wood has been a member of Christ Community Church for 18 years where he has served as a deacon and has been involved in the men's ministry. He has a special place in his heart for urban/racial reconciliation, RUF/college ministry, men's ministry, and children's ministry.
	Jim Davis Jim Davis has been a member of Christ Community Church for 25 years where he has served as an elder, an adult Sunday school class teacher, and on the Appalachia Action Team. He has a special place in his heart for Barefoot Republic Camp, Appalachian Missions, Room in the Inn, and Franklin Christian Academy.

	Joyce Kennedy Joyce Kennedy has been a member of Christ Community Church for 26 years where she has served with missions & church planting, on the prayer team, at the welcome center, and in children's ministry, and she is involved in women's ministry and IJM. She has a special place in her heart for Servants for Central Asia, Servant Group International, and Siloam Health Center.
	Nancy Puryear Nancy Puryear has been a member of Christ Community Church for 27 years where she has served on staff in women's ministry, has volunteered as a servant leadership trainer, and is involved with World Harvest Ministry and African Leadership. She has a special place in her heart for teaching and counseling ministry in India and Africa and for pastoral counseling of both men and women.
	Sarah Jones Sarah Jones has been a member of Christ Community Church for 10 years where she has served with the Jr and Sr high youth and has been involved in a women's Bible study. She has a special place in her heart for youth, college, young adults, and young marrieds.
	Steve Kuhn Steve Kuhn has been a member of Christ Community Church for 8 years where he has served as an elder and a small group leader, at the welcome desk, and with men's ministry. He has a special place in his heart for young families and men's ministry.
