 Welcome to the 3's curriculum.  The Bible is about Jesus Christ.  It is the history of reveloation of his redemptive plan and its fulfillment in him.

Theological Content

Show Me Jesus focuses on the whole consel of God, teaches Christ in all of Scripture, and relies upon the work of the Spirit in the hearts of your children.

Our toddler curriculum introduces the basic concept of what Christ has done for his people-always in a way that they can grasp and understand.  They will learn that...

  • God created all things.
  • God makes a people for himself and loves them.
  • God keeps his promises.
  • Sin is saying no to God.
  • Everyone has sinned and needs a Deliverer.
  • Jesus is God's Son.
  • Jesus came to deliver God's people from sin.
  • We must trust Jesus as our Deliverer.

Understanding three year olds:

  • cannot think abstractly
  • need simple and concrete examples
  • like to be helpful
  • watch and imitaite adults
  • can have sensible conversations
  • can sit a little longer
  • have limited coloring/gluing skills
  • follow simple instructions
  • know some Bible words
  • have a 1500 word vocabular
  • play WITH others

Truths three year olds can know:

  • The Bible is God's Word and it's true.
  • Prayer is talking with God.
  • God created everything.
  • God loves and takes care of his children.
  • God always keeps his promises.
  • Sin is saying no to God.
  • All people sin and need a Savior.
  • God sent his Son, Jesus.
  • Jesus saves his children from sin.
  • We put our trust in Jesus as our Savior.
  • We obey God because he loves  us.
  • We obey God because we trust and love him.
  • The church is made up of God's people.
