African Leadership – Vision Trips
Contact Elder Gerry Wolf for information on traveling to visit ministries supported by African Leadership. These trips involve adults throughout the U.S. who support the work of African Leadership and want to catch a vision for impacting Africa through African nationals and their ministries.
Barefoot Republic Camp: Summer Internship & Volunteer Opportunities
If you like celebrating diversity, being outside, and inspiring young people, Barefoot Republic Camp may be the perfect opportunity for you this summer. Their 2013 summer season runs from June 3 to July 26, including six weeks of overnight camp and two weeks of day camp. Their mission is to facilitate Christ-centered relationships between individuals of diverse racial, cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, through an equally diverse platform of artistic, athletic and team building programs. You can spend one week or all summer at Barefoot, leading cabin groups, teaching specialties, and mentoring children and youth in a beautiful setting on Barren River Lake near Scottsville, KY.
