Property Proposal
Property Proposal Vote
Sunday, Oct 12, Immediately Following Worship
We will have a Congregational meeting immediately following the worship service to vote on the property proposal.
You must be a member older than 16 and present to vote by paper ballot. Your membership will be verified at the meeting by information in our database.
A preliminary outcome will be announced during the meeting, followed by an email with the verified results. A majority of the members present and voting will determine the outcome of the vote.

Below is the member-requested list of deed restrictions that will be included in the purchase and sale agreement. These are legally binding clauses in the deed of the property The Banks at Brownland development team seeks to purchase that limits how the portion of the land that we propose to sell can be used in the future.
This restriction would not affect how any of the existing Brownland Farm Property could be used although that will continue to be governed by the City of Franklin Envision Franklin land use plan.

We have also staked off outside on the property where the Monticello Road extension and GraceWorks building would be. We've created a map so that you can walk or drive the property to see this area.
