Why We’re Doing This

We want to ensure that people in need in Franklin are well served—now and for generations to come.

Through our partnership, GraceWorks Ministries will have the opportunity to expand its reach and serve more neighbors with greater consistency and impact.

As we mark our 40 years, we are thinking carefully about how we can steward what we’ve been given to serve Franklin—and those in need—for the next 40 years.

What This Means

We have entered into a partnership that will guide the future development of a portion of our property.

  • We have partnered with The Banks at Brownland that includes an experienced development firm

  • We’re working in coordination with the City of Franklin and Williamson County

  • Our role is focused on stewardship and mission, not leading the development process

A Word to Our Neighbors

To those of you in Monticello, Fieldstone Farms, Cottonwood—and others nearby—we want to acknowledge something directly:

A change like this, so close to home, naturally brings questions about what the future will look like day to day.

We understand that, and we don’t take it lightly.

From the beginning, our goal has been to approach this with care—taking time to plan thoughtfully, to work with experienced partners, and to consider how this space functions within the surrounding community.

We are committed to being good neighbors—to listening, to communicating clearly, and to making decisions with a long-term view of what will serve this area well.

Our Approach

We are committed to:

  • Thoughtful, long-term planning

  • Care for neighbors and the surrounding community

  • Collaboration with experienced partners

  • Responsible coordination with local and state agencies

  • Clear and ongoing communication
