Internal Communications Survey

We are reviewing how information is shared among staff, elders, and deacons. The goal is to understand what is working well, what information is easy to miss, and how we can keep people appropriately informed without adding unnecessary meetings or communication.

This survey should take about 5–7 minutes. The focus is on our communication systems and practices, not individual performance.
