Sixty & More is planning an exciting day trip to the U.S. Space & Rocket Center in Huntsville, Alabama on April 16.

Our time at the center will include a private tour of the Saturn V Hall and a comprehensive history of the space program through the Apollo program to the moon.

The amount of walking is about a quarter mile. Wheelchairs are available at no cost. Motorized carts are available for a $20 fee.

Cost

$70 per person, which incudes the admission to the center and transportation costs.

A 45-minute Planetarium tour is also available for an additional $12 per person.

Lunch
You can buy lunch at the Center or you can bring your own.

Transportation
We’ve rented a high quality bus with a bathroom for the trip.  

The bus will leave at 8 a.m. from the front parking lot and return to the church by 5 p.m. The bus ride to the center is just under two hours.
